More Info: Witch Hazel is a steam distillate from the twigs of the hammamelis virginiana. Witch Hazel is a popular skin care ingredient as it is particularly advantageous for sensitive skin, it works as an astringent to keep the skin clean as well as an anti-inflammatory for soothing redness and skin irritation. Hydrosols are a bi-product of the steam distillation process that occurs during the extraction of essential oils from plants. Hydrosols are a gentler alternative to pure essential oils which is why we apply them to our facial mist. Each hydrosol serves a purpose and combined they assist in balancing the skin's pH levels. Rose Geranium assists in cellular regeneration & additional hydration, lavender, chamomile & peppermint provide soothing, anti-inflammatory & anti-bacterial properties.
